Anne B. Wyma has been Professor of Performing Arts, CCAC, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and Advisor in Arts & Arts Management for New York University's Gallatin Division. She was co-founder, with Trudy Scott, of Pennsylvania Repertory Theatre, which developed alternative arts projects such as Academy of Prison Arts productions and the Experimental Theatre Festival inflatable environment in Ann Arbor and Washington D.C.
Her directing credits include The Fantasticks, Zoo Story, Canterbury Tales, Thieves' Carnival, Much Ado About Nothing, Catch-22, Henry IV, The Crucible, Harvey, Music Man, Texas Trilogy, Trojan Women, Camelot, Oklahoma and The Man Who Never Died: A Play About Joe Hill.
She has performed various roles including Irma in The Balcony, Meg in It Isn't A Birthday Party by Pinter, Nell in Endgame, Mary Byrne in Tinker's Wedding, Queen Mother in Becket, created the role of Brenda in Pines '79, and Peg in The Wedding Portrait (New York Equity Showcase).
She is currently bringing a piece of theatrical history to life -
